macrobiotic lunchbox bento 2011/5/31

Today Macrobiotic lunch box for my husbonad.

menu:

Soy meet and burdock cooked in soy sauce
uno-hana(okara)
Arame and rice noodle
Pumpkin saute
radish and dries yound sardines

and Brown rice.

Arame is one kind of sea weed.
This is not so popular among not macrobiotique people in Tokyo. I've never known Arame before I began macrobiotique.
But in Shimane、Mie、Tokushima prefecture, they use Arame on a daily basis.

2011/5/30 Luch box bento

Today Macrobiotic lunch box for me.my husband
menu:

Komatuna with seaweed(shio-kobu).
konnyaku
Grazed carrot (apple juice, salt)
Sauted lotus root
Stuffed Deep fry tohu (Pumpkin)

and Brown rice.

The rainy season(Tuyu season) started in Tokyo.
It is so earier than usually.

Deep fried Tofu card and dried mashroom
Pumpkin
Pumpkin and dumpling
Lotus root saute

and Brown rice.

Today, my husband dose not need bento, this is for me.

2011/5/24 Lunchbox Bento

Today Macrobiotic lunch box for my husband.

menu:

Komatuna with sesame seed
Deep fried Tofu card Sautes
Hijiki
Pumpkin and dried tofu stew
carrot and baby sardines

and Brown rice.

Hijiki is very popular see weed in Janpan.
Stewed with konnyaku and Lotus roots.

Deep fried Tofu card is usually called as "Atuage".

Dried tohu is called as "Koya-Dohu".

menu:

Lotus root dumplings
Glazed carrots
Komatna Namul
Soutes Pumpkin
Deep fired tohu

and Brown rice.

LOtus root dumprind with sweet and sour sause.
carrots are grazed with apple juice and littel bit of saults.
Komatuna (Japanese Mustard Spinach)is a kind of vesitable veru popular in Japan,especialy in east.
