Pumpkin saute
radish and dries yound sardines
and Brown rice.
Arame is one kind of sea weed.
This is not so popular among not macrobiotique people in Tokyo. I've never known Arame before I began macrobiotique.
But in Shimane、Mie、Tokushima prefecture, they use Arame on a daily basis.
